RETURNS & EXCHANGES Your Hampui Hat is a tool for your self healing. It should be exactly as you need it to be in order to serve your life. If your hat does not arrive as expected, and needs alteration, we are happy to work with you. That being said, these hats are made in ceremony, which takes a great deal of time and intention. We ask that you are understanding of the fact these are handmade, and thus, any come with slight blemishes or "imperfections." We pray that you find happiness in its organic nature. Because this hat was made for you, we are not able to accept full returns. We will work with you to make it right. We ask that you are very careful when measuring your head as to ensure proper fit. If you need to exchange your hat, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping.
